Proven, reckless or hastily working on something may later pain you so much as to resort towards complete admission of failure. By being able to structurally layout and plan in advance, the chances of achieving success may just be so much greater. You will gain a bonus of having a complete overview of the situation or rut that you are actually in. So how do we develop a critical thinking mindset? First is to isolate each chunk that makes up the overall problem and not look at the problem as an insolvable giant monster.Step 1: Retreat to the nearest point of restore – Deep ThinkingIf you are heading towards a new challenge, always examine first what you have got and what you are going to trade off in return. If it is a lot of time and money, ask yourself are you ready for it and whether you can accept the worst that is bound to happen. So yes, you have to identify as well what are the worst scenarios and be ready to analyze the risks that you are involved in to check up on reality against resource. After all, there are always acceptable amounts of risks that you have to face towards meeting your goals or solving your problems. Basically, you have to examine and inspect upon factors taxing and stressing which got you into those problems areas in the first place, and aim to get them treated one by one. Then you would have to define a scope for yourself to baseline what would be acceptable and what must be avoided at all cost in future.Step 3: Analyze & Deduce micro problem tie solution pair in form of (1 to Many)Once you have come to understand in detail what are the sources of negative impacts, define a set of resolutions to counter off each of those bad elements. Always define a number of resolutions to target upon each micro problem. Essentially, it is important to define resolutions that are easy to stick through and that does not affect other people or other things in any way. This way, you will be free to work out on the resolutions that are going to give way to success, and even if any resolution fails, there will be readily alternative backup plans or strategies available. Step 4: Assign & Activate solutionsAfter your plan comes in hand, it is time to schedule and get ready for execution and action. Activate each minute action plan and follow through the designed routine or schedule. If your resolution is assignment based, begin to schedule by evaluating priorities against impact in order to determine the order of the execution of each plan. Make sure, the schedule is fully optimized to deliver results on time and is also flexible enough to bend towards alternative back up plans that would spring anytime. And if your resolution is on long term basis, make sure you pour some discipline and determination into it in order to continuously strive until goal. Step 5: Not working? Keep thinking & Re-ExamineOften enough, things are not going to work out as planned. Other problems may arise before you will have to re-iterate into deep thinking again. Not until you have fully figured out the complete set of correct compositions of the resolution framework, you will still be looking at ways to improve, change and react besides keeping close monitor at progress. It is recommended to seek community advice or consultants to help identify areas that you do not have much or enough knowledge on. Step 6: Endure & Re-BalanceAlways take a step back to rest and re-balance against new found resolution or little bits of success. The journey is long and harsh and winding, so take each step slowly so to endure. You may also enjoy it to your liking.
