A structured method
The active training groups comprises of between 4 and 8 people who are accompanied by a facilitator who ensures the smooth running of the process.
One by one, the participants play the role of client to present the aspect of their practice that they wish to improve or the questions raised by the progress of their project.
The other participants act as consultants to assist the “client” and enrich their understanding and their ability to act on the presented subject.
The discussions among the members of the group are structured by a specific consultation process.
